Puerto Vallarta and Banderas Bay receive more than six million visitors a year, and that completely changes the rules for a local business. Here you compete against international brands, in two languages, in front of people who decide in minutes, with a seasonality that punishes improvisation.
Before proposing anything, we look at what the business's direct competition is doing, when in the year its customer buys and what gap is still open in its category. Only then do we decide what to do, never before.
We operate from Puerto Vallarta, in Spanish and English, for businesses in the bay and in the United States. We work with a single business per category in each zone of the bay.
